Do you offer photos and video at the same event?

Yes, this can be achieved if the workload is suitable for one person. If this isn’t suitable, I have freelance partners who are able to shoot either photos or video with me at your event. The photos or video will still be edited by me.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book my shoot?

There are no deposits or booking fees. All I ask is that if the client cancels, they let me know 48 hours in advance.

charges may apply for cancelled booking made after the 48 hour period. check the terms & conditions under section ‘cancelled bookings’ for more information.

Do you send my content before payment is made?

Unfortunately, not. You will receive previews of your photos and/or videos via email and you’ll be able to see how your content looks. Once, you’re happy, payment will be made and you’ll gain full access to your photos and/or videos thereafter.

Are your prices negotiable?

Unfortunately, not. However, I frequently have discounts and deals on my offers page.

How many images will I receive?

This depends on how long I’m shooting for. But the average image count for 3 hours is approximately 80-100 high-quality photos. If I’m shooting a half or full-day event, the image count will approximately be between 150-300 high-quality photos.

What if I need my images as soon as possible?

If you need your images in super quick time, there are options to purchase Priority Delivery or Instant Delivery which you can select on the photography booking form. This option can be free, so be sure to visit my offers page to see if the deal is available.

Can I have the RAW photos or video clips for free with the shoot & edit price?

Unfortunately, not. The price is for the shoot and the final product only.

If you require RAW footage or images on top of the shoot & edit package, you will be charged on the amount of hours shot and this will be calculated via the Photography Only or Filming Only section on my pricing pages.

Can I hire you for photos or filming only?

Yes, you can. If you want me to photograph or film without any post-production, I can send the RAWs to you via google drive to edit yourself. There will be a selection process where I get rid of any duplicates or dud images or video clips, and you’ll be left with the best images or videos taken. Can I get a refund?

I cannot offer a full refund due to the work that has already been completed. However, if you’re absolutely unsatisfied with the work that’s been done, we can settle on a discounted agreement.
