Terms & Conditions

 

Payments & Late Fees

  1. Payments will be made before the images and/or video is released. You will receive previews of the images and/or video via email. Once you’re happy, an invoice will be sent, payment will be made and the content will then be available for download.

  2. If you have a payroll system, I am willing to accept payment on an agreed date.

  3. Late payments will occur an 8.5% – per day – late fee if the invoice isn’t paid by the agreed date.

  4. If payment has still not been made and contact with you has been ignored, a County Court Judgement will be filed against you. You will be liable for the cost of work complete, late fees and court fees.

Offers & Deals

  1. Offers and deals are only available when they’re live. Offers will not be accepted past their expiry date.

  2. If payment isn’t made by our agreed payment date, your offer will become invalid and you will be charged full price. You will also be liable for any daily late fees that occur.

  3. With the ‘Buy One, Get 50% Off’ offer, you will have to book your second shoot within 180 days for the offer to be valid. The 180 days will start when the first shoot has been completed. You will be notified when your offer expires via email.

Booking

  1. Booking your shoot is free and will not occur any deposits.

  2. All bookings will have to go through the photography or videography booking form to be accepted and confirmed. Please wait for my response to 100% guarantee your booking as I may be unavailable on your required date.

Delivery

  1. Your content will be sent to you via the email address you have given on the booking form.

  2. Photos and videos will be sent during the standard delivery time stated on my pricing pages, however, this could take up to 1-2 days longer for photos and 2-3 days longer for video during busy periods. You will be notified via email if I need extra time.

  3. If you have purchased Priority Delivery or Instant Delivery and the images are not sent within the promised time, you will not be charged for the delivery service.

Availability

  1. If you have not booked and I am not available to shoot on your required date, my alternative option is to send a trusted freelancer to shoot the event. The images and/or video will be edited by Joshua Hiatt.

  2. If your booking has been confirmed and I later cannot attend the shoot, you have full rights to cancel the shoot if you do not accept an alternative photographer or videographer.

RAW Footage or Images

  1. RAW footage or images are not free with any shoot & post-production package deals.

  2. If you require RAW video clips or images on top of your shoot & edit package deal, you will be charged on the amount of hours shot at your event and this will be calculated via the ‘Photography Only’ or ‘Filming Only’ price list on the Photography Rates or Videography Rates page.

Refunds

  1. I cannot offer a full refund as the time and work has already been complete.

  2. If you’re absolutely unsatisfied with the work, we can come to a discounted agreement.

Cancellations

  1. You have up to 48 hours before the event to cancel your shoot. Failure to cancel 48 hours in advance will result in a £50.00 cancellation fee. You will have 7 days to pay the cancellation fee. Failure to do so will result in an 8.5% – per day – late fee.

Accidents

  1. In the unlikely event of an SD card corruption or loss of images and/or videos from your shoot, you will not be charged for the event captured and will be automatically offered a 50% discount on your next event.

My Promise

  1. I promise to ensure your images and/or videos are to the standard of what you see on my portfolio.

  2. I show up to the event on-time and act in a professional manner from start to finish.

  3. Delivery of your images and/or videos are within the specified delivery time (standard delivery, priority & instant delivery and no later than 1-2 extra days for photos and 2-3 extra days for videos during busy periods).
